Carson Lee

Mark worked in the NHL as the Head Strength and Conditioning coach with the Anaheim Ducks from 2015-2019 and in the Toronto Maple Leafs organization. He supports hundreds of men and women across the professional and developmental hockey leagues. Mark’s clients extend to the NFL and he has helped develop athletes across many sports across North America.

Mark previously worked with the Canadian Hockey League as the Head of Performance and Nutrition, where he oversaw the combine development program and implemented many unique nutritional and educational programs. Fitzgerald also served as the Strength Coach for the American Hockey League’s Toronto Marlies from 2009-14. In addition, he owns and leads Elite Training Systems, a high-performance training center that caters to athletes from all sports and ages.

Mark has been supporting the development and testing of Can-i Wellness products with his clients who seek healthy and trusted solutions to help with many ailments and challenges. Mark and his team recently hosted preseason training camps where an extensive group of NHL players, strength and conditioning coaches, therapists and high performance specialists tried the new Can-i Wellness oral spray supplements first hand.
